Im aliveeee!!!!
Central Kentucky got slammed by weather this week. Ive had no outside contact with the world. No utilities what so ever. We lost cell phones service even this week. Getting it back yesterday. Most of the ice and snow is melted. Ive got two live lines still down in my yard and road. We have three major power lines down as well beside me. Running off generator right now.. I drove to Bowling Green and got supplies(fuel propane etc.) I dont expect it to get back to normal for a few months here locally. Should be about 3-7 days before our power and stuff is back.
I walked through all this mess(Trans am is useless in over 5 inches of ice.. got it hung up) to my Gfs house.. She has only power there.
Hit a guy up. (270 256 4674)

Thank God for underground utilities bitches! We never lost power but my mom and the rest of the family are living at hotels. Might still be another week before power is on.

I've been through central KY........there's no contact with the outside world there to begin with. Hell, AM radio is tough to get there.
glad you got all thawed out.

be sure to thank the power lineman that are putting in tons of hours to get the lights back on for you. think of the sacrafices that they are making, being away from their families and risking their lives.
