It's a HOAX.

The banker left a 20% tip.

This receipt was photoshopped and put out there to stir up controversey, which it has.

Probably some OWS idiot with the whole "1% vs 99%" angle.

Even though it's fake i'm sure it has happened to someone....somewhere. That being said I don't have kids so if my daughter received a tip like that i'd have bigger issues than the restaurant etiquette to worry about...like 18 years of back child support.
