Question If you were to get a truck, Diesel or Gas?

    Diesel all the way baby!!
So much power and torque potential, and fuel economy to boot.

diesel for sure. costs a lil more up front but has a helluva lot better resale value and life span. plus I think they sound sweet as hell with intake exhaust and chipped

me and my brother drove to Dallas and back with our 2500 HD silverado with the duramax diesel. we had around 2000 pounds in signs in the back of it and got around 25 mpg going 70 all the way there. kicked major ass. I think we put gas in it twice.

yea i mean, the concept of diesel is way more efficient, they make more power/torque, less rpm's so parts last longer , the benefits go on and on

i'm lookin to get one in 2 years or so

depends on what size truck this question pertains to, and what im using it for. i like both for different reasons.

Get a diesel...I have a 2007 RAM 2500 Turbo...great truck, plenty of power and lots of get up n go, especially if you get a programmer.

Diesel. My wife has a 2003 Jetta .....stop laughing. It gets 54MPG on the highway. The best part is I have converted it to run on veg. oil. I get 2-2400 miles on ONE tank of diesel in the summer months. Still laughing....... I do all the way to the bank. More mod money. Just bought Kook LT and ORY.

Yeah I know. I can pick up a fully loaded 2004 to 2006 duramax with around 50,000 miles for around 29,000 in my area. It'll be a while though
