If you don't think you can make it over a bridge, then find another route. (rant)
One of my biggest driving peeves is trying to go to school in the mourning just to find some ass hat stalled on the I-10 bridge. I mean most of the time their just sitting close to the top of the bridge with no flashers or anything on to let you know their is a problem. I mean come on my Camaro is almost 12 years old and it can still pull it's own weight up the bridge just fine. Today because some POS Taxi stalled on the bridge two big rigs ended up wrecking and going off the damn bridge. So now one guy is dead, the other is in very bad shape, and one lane of the bridge is going to be shut down for a few weeks.

The bridge is an 1950's style riser bridge.
Not many pics but some consider the bridge to steep. IMO it is a steep bridge to climb but at the same time the bridge is not that long. A vehicle even in poor condition should still be able to climb this thing.

NBM- '98 Ram Air Formula
The excat location is Lake Charles, La. My hometown! And that bridge is one of the worst bridges ever! I was always afraid of something like this happening and would normally take 210 instead unless I was only driving through. Shit happens but damn that sucks for the drivers just trying to make a living and support their families while some, what I assume to be ignorant, taxi driver is just sitting in their stalled vehicle at the top of a bridge too lazy to warn anybody. I have seen it several times, the driver of the stalled car doesn't turn on their hazards and just sits there. WTF???
