red with black stripes- 2002 Trans Am WS6
I wanna drive!!!
On April 18, I wrecked my raptor 700. Here is what happened. I took off down a road to were we ride at and got up to about 45 in the short distance. I saw a truck coming so I hit the brakes and slid. I let off and corrected the skid and went into the ditch. Something happened and I flipped over the handlebars and the quad rolled end over end. It landed on my leg in the process. I got a concussion and a bruised leg. I had to have surgery to drain my leg since it was so swollen (8cm bigger around the calf). After surgery the following Thursday the docs said I had a torn muscle in my calf and the other ones were bruised. I have been off work and off my feet since then. I just started to get out of the house Monday. I have been in therapy since Monday and will be in for about 2-3 weeks. Looks like it will be awhile till i can take the trans am out. I havent driven the ws6 or the bike since the 16th and cant drive till the doctor ok's it. Here is what the damage looks like.
Here is the scar from the surgery
I am going insane not being able to drive with it being nice out.

Damn that sucks dude! You shouldn't have to much longer to go. I had something like that happen a couple years ago. I was riding my CRF250 at this track we always ride at and it was wet, got crossrutted and broke my back...needless to say i was out for a while!!! The day the doctor gave me the a-ok i was on my bike again

Time to grab a chair and just start waxing your bird. That way she'll be dressed to kill when you get the OK.
