2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
I got in line at 9:00am, signed the book at 9:05am finished voting and was out by 9:15am.
This in contrast to what was on the news for the last week of folks waiting in line for up to 9 hours to early vote. What a waste of time (for them).
BTW, this is in Tempe AZ. I'm assuming the rest of the Phoenix metro area is just as uncongested.

About a 5-10 minute endeavor for me in my tiny ass town also at 7:30 am. Glad I could cancel out a vote for McCain/Palin.

Hey, did anyone have to show ID when voting today???
I didn't and neither did anyone else that was there when I was. I could have said I was any of my neighbors!...

Congrats on your first vote. That is what it is all about, now that you voted you can complain, just like me and anyone else who votes. If a person doesn't vote, I don't listen to their political opinion. I voted for Libertarian for president, I couldn't vote for either of the other two. I voted for Mitch, our incumbent governor. I then split my vote for who I thought deserved it and would do the best job.
I was in and out in 15 minutes, there was a HOT chick saying please vote for my grandpa, so I did. She was still there 9 hours later. Dedicated. I drive right past the polling place to/from work, I'm not a stalker LOL. I thought about all the early voters, read the stories about 1-4 hour waits, and thought no way, and am glad because of the in-and-out this morning.

I was one of 4 people voting at my location at 2 P.M. Took me about 10 minutes since I read through all the props and made sure I felt good with all my choices.
