    Was I ripped?

    I put an order through on a website a week ago, after no shipping confirmation I called, they said they would look into it and get back to me. No reply for four days, e-mailed them. Apparently my order hiccupped and the server bounced it, even though I got an order confirmation e-mail. My CC was never billed either. So the order never officially took place. Well this week almost all the stuff I got went on sale 10-15% off. And they e-mailed me saying they were re-placed my order for me today. I got a new order #/ a new e-mail, and got billed. BUT, they did not give me the discount. They re-did it all with the old higher prices. I called and complained said cancel order and I will redo it cause you guys have already pissed me off. They said all orders are final. A lot of cussing took place and I hung up. Now, what do you guys think. I say I was ripped. My original order meant nothing.

    Look for the fine print that says all orders final. Even if its there dispute with the credit card company.

    Tell them they should have processed the order correctly the second you called/emailed/notified them. Tell them it isnt your fault that theyre incompetent and cant do their fucking jobs. Tell them if youre not given the discounted price since they put the order through while sale prices were in effect, you will dispute it with the CC company. Also ask to speak with the highest ranking person there.

    I asked to speak with a manager, they gave me the same B.S. I asked next time I order I am going to tell them I want the sale price from two weeks ago. They deny any responsability to, they said it was a server hiccupp. Who's fucking server is it. I told them they wronged me and all I wanted was a simple jesture to show their appreciation of me still doing business. Nope. Fuck em' never ordering from them again. Assholes.

    I can't belive they would risk having a pissed off costomer. I mean when your in sales you always want to try to find a way to make them happy and still make a profit. angry costomers spread their experiances like wildfire.

    Send them a link or copy of this thread to show them how bad they f*cked up with some valued fbody community members and consumers. That will teach them, to screw people around thats just bad business to doup somebody on a price when they are the ones that messed up your order.

    I had problems with TByrne years ago with a master cylinder that wouldn't work. They told me i was on my own and that I had to deal with Mcleod directly even though they had my money. Luckily McLeod has excellent customer service and took care of it.
