I need a multi-vitamin for a weight lifter...

I've been lifting weights for a long time and i'd like a good multi-vitamin out there. There are soo many choices on bulk nutrition.com that idk what to go with.

I remember finding one that was orange, multi-vitamin/joint. I can't remember the name and now I am screwed. It'd probably be good to take something for my joints as well I figured, since my knees aren't the best.

What do you guys use?

I've always used GNC Mega Men Sport. I felt great taking that vitamin when I was in the gym.... though during that period I was also taking all the other typical supplements; protein, creatine etc. There was a period of about 1 year that I was taking the vitamins with no other supplements though and I still say it's great stuff. makes you pee bright colors but that's just the water soluble vitamins that your body didn't use being flushed out.
