Question I need help cooking 9lbs of pork spareribs!!

I was going to smoke those suckers this afternoon but it's raining like crazy here with no signs of stopping I've never cooked ribs any other way except for smoked or grilled. Any ideas? Has anyone done spareribs in the oven with good results? Thanks in advance!

They won't have a good smoky flavor but it can be done
I run my oven @200 and keep them moist with a basting sauce and keep them covered with foil
When they meat falls off the bones they're done
Usually use a sauce when I do them this way

    I agree.
Try doing them in the oven for a couple of hours then just finishing them up on the grill. That'll at least get you some smoke into the meat.
It's raining here and I just put on a 11 lb brisket to BBQ over the next 12 hours or so. I put the smoker under my deck and put a tarp on top of the deck to keep the rain off of it. Works out pretty good.
