In my experiences thats how most jersey car chicks are. Daddies money whenever they want it and not a clue what to do with it. That car is so tastelessly "modded". Not even modded, all appearance garbage.

A relative of mine did a ford splash with spider webs and crap... hate to admit they are related, then again my cars in primer! Anyways it was ugly then and worse now.
