I got my Mortgage approved

I just wanted to say that I got my mortgage approved. I am so pumped up. I am awaiting for the response to my first offer from the sellers. Here the link to the house I am trying to purchase.

ill do you a favor and supply the liqour man, i can at least do that for you, so give me a list on what you want cause i kinda get a 5 finger discount at my friends liquor store that he manages, lol but there will be plenty of jeg there at all times

congrats man! i just bought a house about 4 months ago and it was easier for me to get approved for a six figure home than it was to get financing for a car

go figure

yeah it wasn't too hard. It was some what of a bitch just because I work on salary and commision and the mortgage places didn't want to count commision.

thanks btw. Yeah the yard rocks. That was the hardest thing to find, at least one that I liked

i went throught the same thing too. i make salary plus bonuses if we hit our monthly goals which didnt count PLUS my wife was still in nursing school and wasnt working yet but i got it. not the best terms but we'll refi shortly. i remember the excitement of the offer and wait game
