I get a boatload of PM's and Emails
And I enjoy each and every one and respond. So keep em coming I enjoy trying to add some value....anyway...I get ask the same question 4-5 times a day...Hey Sarge... Should I do headers first or a cam or what about heads?
So I have created Sarge's easy to follow modification steps....
1. Increase valve lift(cam)=increased flow to the heads=need (2. higher flowing heads) increased demand for intake air=need ( 3.larger TB/Intake) increased combustion compression=need (4.forged bottom end/pistons/rings/rod bolts) increased exhaust demands=need ( 5. Headers/High flow Exhaust) increased horsepower now from engine=need ( 6. Stouter flywheel/clutch/transmission)increased new found torque to wheels=(7. beefed up driveshaft/rear end/axles) increased MPH/Trap Speed=
( 8.need for blower/Nitrous/Turbo) Win lottery/Marry wealthy/Rob bank and Go back to step 1.
