I finally went to an AA meeting...

today and when I got there my friend says, "you want some coffee?" I say sure and we walk over to the kitchen area. I was curious what they had to eat around here so I open up the fridge, "what? no beer?"

I was like, "too much? little fucked up?" He's like yea, but I don't care and he

I'm not an alcoholic either, he asked me to go, but everyone was very friendly and wished me the best of luck.

We ate peanut butter cookies and just told everybody we had been crying cuz our dog died.
We forgot the Visine.
We laughed alot for no reason.
Got kicked out.

My group all goes down to the local bar after our meeting. Kinda nice to hang out in a more informal atmosphere...

This is true but you passout on the lawn frequently afterwards so theres not much of a difference. I tried to stop drinking once... worst 15 minutes of my life.
