One complaint and they can euthanize? My neighbors dog got out and killed another dog. The dog is still around. He has even bitten the owners father.

They may issue you a fine or something but there's not enough evidence or other complaints about your dogs to validate taking them from you. Also you should report that the guy was rude and seemingly unstable. It's going to be your word versus his...unless you can get a neighbor to say they saw the whole thing and the UPS back door driver started the mess.

for breaking and old friends/moms lights right off her porch!
I went over to get some money that he owes me. He pushed
me off the porch into a light, it shatter!!! I yelled at me and
said never come back or he will call the cops(he has a hugh
record w/police). He called the cops, cop was cool... knew
of his past! Cop said he was a loser, but had to write me
ticket! I told my story and he said they might listen to me
in court/might not!
