I bought a 2006 Trailblazer today! Pretty nice ride.

It has 14,300 miles and it's LOADED. DVD screens in the headrests and everything. That thing is pretty quick for a 6 cylinder SUV! I got it for $17,500 on the road. Does anyone know a good Trailblazer forum? What is the aftermarket like for these vehicles? I know a few people on here are happy with theirs. What should my first mods be?

Yes maybe the one appearence mod. Also some tint. But thats it. Why try and mod a trailblazer.... err unless your droppin a motor.

I hate the way the muffler and tailpipe look from the back. Tint is automatic. Maybe a brushguard or runningboards. Maybe a small lift and bigger meats.

Nice truck and even resale white to boot!

Do not listen to the no mods the first thing you should get is a CAI. I get almost 4mpg with one (on a 6.0l engine tho) K&N FTW.

Wheels/tires, small lift, exhaust, tint, remove dealer badge, fog lights, remove pin stripes, K&N intake, custom grill, clear tails, corners & markers, chrome door handles, remove roof rack, nitrous, stereo system and you should be set.

Nice ride, had it as a rental for 3 weeks in the fall. Very relaxing, didn't like the engine sound though. So maybe exhaust??

Dam that's a good buy!!!! They have a 06 grey one here w/ 16k miles & they want $21k for it!!! They are nuts but that is a hell of a buy!!! That is what I am looking for but can't find a good deal on any

BTW yes that 4.2L rocks tons of power, much better than the 4.3 they had in the regular Blazer!!
