This is why I am glad I am in the automotive field. I lift tires most of the day or I am using my upper body to pull on suspension parts to help my coworkers. A lil manual labor never hurt anyone.

I did try Hydroxycut several years ago. Shit gave me NASTY headaches. So much so, I returned it.

I dont recommend Muscletech products at all guys. They are a shady company that sells overpriced garbage. Lean bodies come from diet and exercise as TAP said.
