I started taking it in june, it gives you a little more energy and will help keep you motivated to going to the gym and actually doing something. I didn't really notice any weight loss with it *maybe 5 lbs at most over a few weeks.
Once you stop taking it, you will feel like a slug for a few days but I wouldn't keep taking it for much more than a bottles worth.
All in all I don't really think it does much... im sure drinking a red bull before you go to the gym would have the same effects.
Just try and eat better, and go to the gym everyday if possible.

I took the Hydroxycut Hardcore. I lost about 10 lbs on a bottle. I was busier at the time though so I didn't hardly eat cause I didn't have the time. I did notice that I had more energy with it though.

HYdroxycut was good when it first came out. Now, without ephedra, its just another over priced caffeinated product.
Ephedra isnt banned anymore (prolly temporarily again), so find a fat burner that has some in it.
But, these are no cure for laziness. If you want to lose weight, you know what to do. If there was an easier way, it would be a global discovery and the new craze for years to come.

Last time I tried weight loss pills I lose as much muscle as I did fat. Exercise + better diet is the right way to go.

I still say the finger in throat method works the best.

a better alternative would be to just add another mile to your 5 mile daily run, it'll only add another 7 minutes to the run.
Note: You might need to add a "you should be doing" somewhere in that sentence.

To lose weight on hydroxycut you need to run, get your cardio up. First of the year i lost around 30lbs on that and running went off the pill and i lost weight little slower...
Also include a good diet you cant eat McD's everyday.

^^^i agree.
It is a great product to use, but what you need to realize is that it is a water reducer, so if your just fat then it will not do anything.
What i would recomend is to eat between 6-9 small healthy meals a day to get your metabilism (spelling) up. Make sure you dont oveddue your workouts. You cant stop working out for a long time then start going to the gym 7 days a week for 2 hours a day. The best thing to do is run and swin. If your trying to loose fat there is no need to lift weights it is pointless. Just make sure you dont overdue it, start by running a couple miles every other day for a week, and increase it each week. Same with swimming start small and work up.

I've taken it several times in the last few years. My experience with it is, It gives you a little extra energy and it curbs your appetite somewhat. You still get hungry as normal but you seem to "fill up" with less. so with exercise and a better diet you lose weight of course. but by itself it won't do much.
