how to ruin a car by not paying attention

my free rear tail mods, comliments of an asshole driver that wasnt paying attention.
only had the car a few month, just lowered it and put the new rims on.. fucking sucks!!! and my new corsa tips came in today!!!

its been three days, i still dont know who the hell hit me, the police havent "finished there report yet" so i cant get any info or submit my claim. its pissing me off. i have to wait 7 - 10 days for these idiots to file a report before i can get any info!?? what if i didnt have a secondary vehicle!?? id be screwed, for all i know this guy might not even have insurance!! is that normal to have to wait for info like this?

i dunno yet, the guy at ths shop said the frame is probably bent, the guy was doig about 40 mph when he slammed into me while i was at a dead stop at a red light, i saw him coming at me the last 2 seconds before he hit, i only had time to brace and pray to god.

sad part was, i nver got to see the person, didnt get any info, ambulance took me out quikly, cops grabbed my info as i was being put into the amb. i still have no info on the other driver!!!! i have to wait for the police report. blows!!! i want heads to roll!

I TOLD THEM MY NECK N BACK FELT " WEIRD" plus i had cuts on my knee and elbow

most of it wsa superficial, my ankle hurts today and my neck feels weird. i have to go back in a few days for a follow up. im ok enough to be typing about it thankfully.
my insurance shouldnt matter, that Ahole BETTER have good insurance!!!!

keep complaining to the doctor about your neck... make it a huge focal point trust me... it may end up feeling fine in a few weeks or months.. but in a few years it may come back 10 fold and end your ability to enjoy most simple things in life...

get a good lawyer and sue!!! the person who hit you isn't paying for it the insurance company is...do not settle for a measly $50,000.00 either... i am saying this because shit could go bad on your body in the future and who is to say you have financial ability or coverage to pay for medical bills... keep that in mind!!!

Dude, that totally Sucks!!! That is Really F'cked up!! I am sorry to see your car like that.

However, the positive is you are alive and well. Except for the pain in your Neck and back, and the occasional tingle in your legs. You need to ensure the doctors check everything several times and get some physical therapy to make sure that you will not have any long lasting injuries.

I recommend you talk to a friend or a Co-worker you trust to find a decent lawyer.
Talk to the lawyer first without agreeing to anything.

Also, contact your insurance company and ask them what they are doing, and how long they expect it to take. Keep in contact with the Insurance company. also, they may have the Info on the Clown bastard that hit you.

Ensure you find out if this Idiotic baffon was driving under the influence, or texting/talking on a cell phone (retarded people do ti all the time and think they can drive).

Do not let this lie. Make sure they know you are concerned about losing your job for missing work for doctor's appointments.
