$500,000-700,000...
Our house was just appraised for $340,000....
But that's in fucking Detroit, there's a reason why it's cheap. PS: I can buy houses all day long for under $5,000 in Detroit.

Hard to say, its old and has no garage which are downfalls. The utilities would be ridiculous, with it being so large and probably not up to date with energy efficient windows etc. What is up with the heat being termed "steam", I have never seen that before. It also doesn't appear to have central a/c, just 2 window units. It also states "as is sale" which means it has issues that need money/work. Its probably over priced at $220k for its area.

Can't tell if you are joking or not, but I really hope so! You will notice in a photo, it has radiators! Meaning, a boiler in the basement. Hot steam is piped through them. How can you not know that? My school had radiators for heat, I sat 6 inches from one in history class in HS, thing was like 200 degrees. Middle of january, -5 degrees out and I would have the window open behind me and still be dieing.
