How many hours a night do you sleep???

The past couple months were terrible, I could only sleep for 2-4 hours at a time. No idea why.

Since back at school and having 8am classes, I decided to make a change and force myself to sleep. The past week I've been hitting the sack between 10:30-11:30 and getting a nice 7 hours before I wake up at 6 or 6:30

Ditto for me, my sleeping has been horrible for several months now. Probably been averaging 4-5 a night.

Like 2 hours a night, i'll go to bed at 11 o' clock every single night, turn and toss and think about what kind of stuff is going to happen the next day for about 4 hours, then i finally fall out and have to get up at 6:00 to go to school. So yea, it's like 2 hours of real sleep for me, been going on for about 2-3 months now, considering sleeping pills for sure.

I've been trying to go to sleep 10:30 or so (wake up 5:45) but I wake up atleast twice a night. Lately I've been waking up at 3:30, then again every hour like clockwork.

Normally get about 8 hours, just need to crash earlier.

7 but i usually lose an hour or two by having to change the wet sheets in the middle of the night.

i always say "sleep is for the weak" and "theres plenty of time for sleep when im dead".

i never get good sleep. if i dont do any drinking, ill try to get 8, but ill wake up almost every hour. if i do drink, im usually up untill 2 am then get up at 6 30.

I average 7, but prefer about 8. I can go on little to no sleep now, but 10 years ago if I didn't get at least 6 I would end up with a headache or migraine.

6 to 8 is ok for me. hate running on less, makes everything i do more tedious.

i usually go to bed around 3 in the morning
and get up around 6 30
so ~3 hours
