I didn't read it but hey... ya my friend who works at sprint told me to just switch to T-Mobile or whatever their sister company is and then cancel before the 30 days... it works and it worked for me!

I called and they said to look on my next bill to see if the new charges were on there. If they are I can do it

I recieved a call from sprint offering to give me a discount on my phone bill and a free phone of my choice. I told them that I would rather cancel my contract, and now they are supposed to call me back again to let me know if I can or cannot cancel. If not I will probably take the deal from them as it seemed reasonable enough.

could you give me the details of anything they sent you showing that they canceled your contract ? they are giving me the run around

nevermind I got mine canceled lol............took an hour and a half on the phone. they wouldnt let me keep my current line of service and cancel the existing contract. so I said see ya !!!

didnt need 3 lines anymore..........and their CS has always sucked.......and they have tried to screw me several times on charges of different types

yep............I always check my bill very close, when I got 2 extra lines they told me all the charges they would waive but when I got the bill it was different. After 1 hour on the phone they took all the charges off !
