How Do I get someone at B&M

I have a B&M shifter that i bought used from the forums. It didn't come with a shifter boot or the retaining clip, I've tried 3 times left 2 messages with B&M they won't call me back all i get is some girl that is a receptionist and keeps forwarding my calls to people who NEVER answer.

    appreciate any insight!

Since the shifter is secondhand, you could try asking for tech support for a the part numbers.
    For B&M Customer Service, call:
    1-818-882-6422
    Hours: 7am - 11:30am and 12:30pm - 4pm
(all times are Pacific Standard Time)

Whenever I have called I get a response the same day.

I really really don't want to be dishonest.

As I recall, I got through as a "dealer" but after reaching the appropriate person I informed them I am simply a "racer" and not an official dealer (which is the truth in my situation) as I was mating one of their shifters with a TCI transmission and had some questions. The people at both B&M and TCI went out of their way to help me.
