Hot Sauce
Anyone else here collect it? I've got about 50 bottles now. I need to build a shelf soon as I am running out of room for them.
My hottest thus far is Dave's Insanity.

theres a restaurant here in austin called habaneros after the hot sauce they make using that particular pepper.
anyways, 2 days later, my ass is on fire, and im wiping and wiping and the hot area keeps growing. next thing i know im trying to wipe halfway down my leg, the hot patch wont stop.

i nearly barfed once, and then i felt like shit so I barfed all over the bathroom, and got put on blast by the radio station folks for not cleaning the shit up.
i wonder if that is still online.
i put it on my myspace

So my5thNewUsernameHere and the rest of you, what would you consider your favorites?
Not the hottest out there by any means, but for regular use, besides Tobasco and several wing sauces, I like a brand called Cholula.

Cholula is good for mexican food but its not hot at all.
Red Hot tastes awesome but also has no kick too it.
Regular Tobascos good, but the green tastes better, but again, not hot at all. I used to drink it from the bottle at work when i was bored.
The hottest ones are habanero based and have a good earthy taste to it... red/chili peppers are the weakest, cyanne, then jalapenos and habenero chile, but you can find some red savina (sp?) sauces in like import food stores and its AMAZING.

Hey Dax,
I guess it would depend on the mood I'm in...
If it's pure heat, I opt for Dave's Insanity.
If it's flavor, I'm very partial to the hotter of the Melinda's line of sauces. (This is particularly good on buffalo wings.)
Another one I like is Jim Beam's sauce. Not crazy hot, but a good mix of kick & taste.
My buddy got me this for x-mas:
