Honda Civic owners don't like "rice"!

I have just been finding all kinds of things while running searches for info on the stock spoiler since the car I bought doesnt have one and I think it would be easier just to buy a spoiler than to worry about the holes that are in the trunk lid. I keep finding these posts that are interesting to read because alot of the guys on there are asking about stripping body kits off cars they bought and telling people to remove wings, vinyl, etc.. I just thought it was kind of interesting, guess they all got sick of being made fun of.

its funny, my friend who's totally not into cars let alone rice, bought a riced out accord, and has half way "de-riced" it and it looks like total shit

Yea that GPS thing made me LOL

And what the hell is wrong with a small spoiler? 98.5% of them are non-functional on ANY wheel drive car, purely cosmetic.

I beg to differ...

I've seen spoilers on a Honda that I would conservatively estimate to generate 100lbs of downforce when STANDING STILL

I think you are wrong there. They made references to doing it because of the movies (fast n furious) on some of the other threads. I believe they are just trying to stay with the times and they realize now that its just rediculous and people are moving on to a new lok for there cars. Most of these guys are just high school kids with there first car...

as for the spoiler stuff on a FWD car, i see nothing wrong with the stock spoilers on them. I know I don't like the look of just flat trunklid.

I need to get a picture of the riced out Z28 we got running around. A mexican drives it and it got a huuggeee wing and on the back window it says ZR28. haha. I pulled up next to him at a gas station on the bike and i asked him what a zr28 was and he said it's a v6 lsr1 thats supercharged. I said really thats sweet can I see the engine? and he was like why you dont know what your looking at. Wow piss me off. He showed me the motor and while he was in the store I pulled 3 plug. haha

So you reached over the AIR and EGR tubes and snaked your hand into some hispanic guys engine bay... then unplugged 3 wires that had been on their for probably 130k miles.
