Homw warranty ?

I moved into a new centex home last year. It not even a year old. We have a 2 year warranty. Our last guy in charge was great. He came to check out what was wrong, great communication. This new guy sucks. Anyway we have 2 problems.

First problem is the first 6 stairs seems to move or make noise. The blocked them in but it didnt solve the problem .This new guy sais its not bad or a constant noise deal with it. Being a new friggin house I should have to deal with noise wont it just get worse?

Next problem is we have a 2 story house and the floor seem to flex alot. We built a computer des and when you walked on the floor the doors would move. In some of the model the have a support wall on the first floor. Not on ours though. I just sent an email saying maybe I should get a second opinion adn take it from there.

Anybody have some decent advice?

Meh... I would try to get ahold of an expert... somebody you know who does construction maybe, but not a rep from their company.

My father in law has done consturction for 30 years. He said its not right but centex people dont want to listen.
