I have to give them some credit. They are going about this smartly. Instead of having a huge battle like amending the Constitution, they are going state to state getting it passed. When a clear majority of states have passed it, then they will push and use the states that have passed it as a reason for an amendment change.

while i totally agree with the part about where he should just be quiet in regards to politics and what not, you can't be serious with this post...... If you just dont like him, yeah thats fine. But the guy is a phenomenal actor. Chris Klein? yes he's a shitty actor. Ben Affleck is a shitty actor. Kevin Bacon is a shitty actor. Mark Wahlberg is a cheesy actor. But Sean Penn has been great in a lot of great movies, Fast Times, Bad Boys, The Game, Carlitos Way, that movie where he plays the retarded father (forget the name), and many others.
