I've got that story saved on my web space and I go back every now and then to read it. Hilarious. I think I first read it 4-5 years ago.

I work at a Ryan's and that story crossed my path somewhere back in the early 90's. I nearly shat myself reading it for the first time. I can tell you that we no longer serve that mac and beef and haven't for around 5-6 years now. I was like that guy, I used to love that stuff myself and always thought of that story when I sat down to a plate of it. It is a very colorful description of events, and is a good read every few years.
