Right move or not, that could end up being assault or even attempted murder when she rammed into a parked vehicle with the biker on the hood. And regarding it being a dick move, in many countries, including some states here, it is legal for motorcycles to go between lanes like that, which I don't agree with but it's legal... It looks like she initiated the incident by closing in on him as he tried to pass. Odds are that she will be in a lot more legal trouble than the motorcyclist...

She was in the wrong either way, and would have went to prison anywhere in the US for that.

If that guy had kicked my car, it would have been because I told him off for said dick move out my window (if not legal in my state, not sure about that). At that point I would have just gotten out and assaulted him with my fists, or if I could control the anger (probably not), then I would just have hopefully gotten a copy of the video and got some money out of it.

I would not have taken the kicking of my vehicle well either,, but I would'nt have tried to kill the guy.

Never know what people will do. I did root for the lady until she started smashing other peoples property.

All in all the guy is lucky not to have been sucked under one of the wheels. That would have been real messy..

I was definetly caught off guard by the whole video. First I was like, "hell ya!" then I was like, "Oh no!"..lol

You will notice the split-second reaction she had to his kick.

I disagree about the dick move part about lane splitting. Motorcyclists are ignored enough in flowing traffic and open roads with no other traffic. Last place I want to be when riding is the last guy in a traffic back with people coming at me. Especially is worse nowadays with all the texting and driving problems. I prefer to bail out of the way on the shoulder vs in between cars because of that type of stuff.

I ride and lane splitting is gay as fuck IMO. Stupid, dangerous, and completely fucking ignorant of the rules of the road, legal or not.

From what I could tell (turn the closed captioning on) she turned into traffic in front of him, or came at him as he was splitting the lane. Having had cars do stupid shit in front of me has made me want to smash side mirrors more than once..but the possible outcome (this video) is not worth it to me. Rage-control is difficult..and this bitch needs some meds

going between cars is legal, well for my understanding is legal in california.
when i was riding my bike there every asshole try to run over me just bc of that. is not the bikers fault if they get stuck on traffic,
for people like that bikers get killed..
i dont know the reason on this case, but here in U.S is the drivers fault no matter what

It is allowed in Japan for the Bikes to go up to the red light to be first since they are so much faster .. It would have been nice to see what happened before he kicked the car .. but the driver was in the wrong to attack the rider like that ...

I've been to Sau Paulo 3 times. All the "motos" as their called there split lanes. At lights, 60mph down the highway, all the time. It's fucking rediculous. They literally fly by you almost constantly. An average of 23 people die every day on motos in Sau Paulo.

My wife is Brazilian. I could show you links to stats but they're all in Portugese. She said there are 139,000 non fatalities in moto accidents there as well.
