    Here it is 4 am

    Here it is 4 am, I haven't got any real sleep all damn night. Been tossing and turning since 1:30am. My legs are part of the problem, the keep having mini-seizures. I do not have RLS, this is from nerve damage I have from leg injuries (military) from 4 yrs ago.



    So now I here cause I got nothing else to do and don't care to wake up the wife...

    Not that I expect anyone from here to be up, let alone reply....

    I can relate to the sleeplessness, I just can't fall asleep 'till after 5 am.
    I'm considering getttin some ambien or something from the doc.

    i made it for two and a half days....finally crashed last night around 7pm, woke back up at 4am thismorning....the long sleep felt so good

    I feel your pain. my problem is that it has rained here everyday for the last month.....it was nice out yesterday and thursday when I got home from my 14 hour shifts lol

    Sounds like Oregon weather to me. It was nice today but this afternoon still sunny but the wind was horible. I hate the wind here on the coast.

    I know what you mean about your leg man. 8 years ago a car pulled out in front of me on my motorcycle when I was doing a hair over 40mph........shattered my knee and inow I have the same problem.
    I pop a Benynarl (spell?) allergy pill and it knocks the (numb) irritating feeling out and let's me get to sleep.

    we have a bitter cold, hard wind that comes off the mountain and down past (or should I say through) our house.....till it getts hot then it stops
