This saturday i'm gonna get destroyed, i'm literally in fear...what should I eat before hand that will be easy on the way up/out? Any slick med combinations that can prevent sickness/hangover?

drink plenty of water startign a couple days before to make sure you are properly hydrated for the abuse you are about to give your body.

I know this might sound weird, but in high school and college I worked at a frozen yogurt store. Any time I was hung over at work a small cup of the french vanilla cured me right away. I don't know if it would work as a preventative measure though.

25 mg of meclizine(for motion sickness and nausea) and 4- 200mg ibuprofen taken before the fun usually works for me...meclizine is a form of dramamine,so it can make u drowsy if u take more than 25 mg,,this combo is the drug of choice for our annual river trip...good luck and congrats

Yep.. lots of water... alcohol dries out the membraine at the top of your skull.. that is what actually give you the hangover...

if u get the regular drammamine it should be 50 mg, it should be scored so it will break in half, i get the 25 mg from the pharmacy for 10.00 for 100 pills,ask the pharmacist if they carry meclizine,i know wally mart carries it/or can order it.
