Help with a phone #

I had a missed call at 4AM in the morning. It looks nothing like a US phone Number on the caller ID.

Help me figure it out.

I'm guessing it's an unlisted or corporate number in Tennesse with a 4028 extension. I could not find a country code for that number. It could also be a spoofed number.

It is probably those mexican call center things. I have had a couple call me here in the last few months ever since they decided to protest.

Well if its a company with an extention. why would they call at 4AM even if it was Western time. its still very late at night.

would an International call number show up on caller ID?

im not sure about the number, but i know from watching ricky lake that if it happens after 2AM it is a bootay call
