Ok, let me first say that this link is to an Oldsmobile site that often doesn't work well and the thread I am about to link is rather long and maybe a bit hard to understand.

However, towards page 4 or 5 or 6 there is a bit about a nice 442 vert that has had a cowl tag change performed on it.

If you would be so kind as to read the thread, please tell me what you think. It strikes me as pretty obvious who is in the wrong but what do I know?
