help me clear up this urban legend

My smartass boss swears up and down that this urban legend has only had 3 confirmed incidents since the 80's. Its the one where the gangs or whoever drive with their lights off and if you flash them they chase and kill you. Now im not a real gullible person and i dont have any proof but im sure this has happened more than 3 times in 25+ years. She is the type of person that wants everybody to think she is the almighty know it all so id like to prove her wrong. Anybody got any way of helping me prove that this type of shit really happens or is she right??

yup yup... hows the little guy doing?

hes doing real good man, thanks for asking. this weekend he had a temp of 106 for 24hrs and we had to rush him to the hospital. he is on a breathing machine and has to use an asthma inhaler for his lungs but only once in a while. he seems to have a few more cases of sickness than a full term kid but he talks in sentences and rides his quad and most everything else a 2 yr old does. here is a pic

I have no idea how often it happens or if it is true, but I did have a teacher in high school who said that this is done for gang initiation..........he never mentioned how often or how many times this has happened( he also seemed to be a know it all........)Maybe it is a teacher urban legend for know it alls only........
