Help, going to court in 1 hour

im gonna be going to court in about an hour for my dam tickets. What xactly shud i wear? Khaki's and a polo or dress pant/shirt/shoes??

Err on the side of caution, although either should be fine. I'd stay away from jeans though.

dress pants, nice button down long sleeve shirt, and a tie, fix the hair, and for Christ's sake make sure the shoes and belt match...

the fact you are even asking makes me want to lie and tell you to wear shorts, flip-flops, and a pink Polo shirt w/the collar 'popped' up. you might be in for a common sense check very soon...good luck

business casual. no jean, sneakers, hats... if you have a big chance you're found guilty dress
better than biz casual. you want to give the impression of a clean, mind stable, reasonable person.

Obviously none of you have been in traffic court in SoCal. T-shirts, shorts and flip flops are de rigueur...

Although I'd dress nice just in case.....

Well i lost the case, kind of... The prosecutor waived the points however i have to pay a nasty ticket of $457!! He said i cud pleed inocent, but then they wood have to call the officer and the other guy and reschedule the court date. Plus we would need an attorney and blah blah. So my dad said its better off we pay the fines. At least i wont have anything on my record and the insurance wont go up. Still kinda pissed, cuz i didnt do anything wrong but i guess u live and learn.

Fuck a lawyer, i wanna strangle that prick in that minivan! The prosecutor told me that i shud have pulled over and let him by, and if that didnt work to call the police. Yeah, like when some dickhead in a minivan is on ur ass, ur gonna pull over, remain calm, pull out ur cell phone and call police.... That faggot was trying to race me. Among other things, depends what the ticket is for.

I just pay something like $200/year to have an attorney on retainer for all my needs (not just traffic). They have more than compensated for my kids's shitty decisons.
