Healthy snacks...
I try to avoid eating anything past about 6:30 at night.
But when I am studying, I like to have something to snack on.
Carrots and celery with ranch is a good one, along with peanuts/cashews. My problem with the peanuts is that I end up eating a whole damn jar while I am reading/studying.
I have tried chewing gum to assist in the cravings. Helps for a while, but then I end up wanting more snacks.
Any other ideas?
I have a big time love for some vanilla ice cream with dry roasted peanuts, but I am trying to avoid that (at least until I get around to seeing my ab's).

dip your celery and carrots in some hummus(chick pea) instead of ranch
or jello

hummus is squished up chick pea- a nut i think.. it has protein to help fill you up
you can find it in your deli section and your local food store and sometimes the produce section
you can get good flavors like roasted red pepper and etc.
its SO SO SO good, you can also spread it on crackers... but its really good on veggies

Yeah, as much as we all love Ranch, I don't think it's too healthy. I like a relish tray with dip still: carrots, red/green peppers, cauliflower, cucumbers, etc.
Cheese, which is again, fattening.
Chex mix or cereal.

I have the same problems, fruit is a good healthy snack. I have also been eating a lot of granola bars instead of crap food. You would think I was huge by what I eat, but I stay pretty slender.

nuts arent bad for you, loaded with protein and healthy fats. Eating the whole jar wont make you fat, but it gets kinda pricey lol

I want to keep myself slender...
Trying to avoid the snacks I used to munch on. I really like the granola bars I get for Sara, but those don't last too long. The peanuts are actually not bad, but I eat way too many of them over the 3-4 hours I may study each night.
I really like those.
May have to try that.
Holy shit.
A ghost.
How you been?
Price isn't a big deal....as long as it keeps me from eating ice cream, taco bell, or the like.
