Not sure of the age but I believe it's someone at least 10 years older than you.......I have always heard it applied to women in their late thirties and older.

That is what I was thinking. Now that I am 30 though I dont think of a cougar being only 5-9 years older. I think at least 1/3rd your age older so it would have to be a 40 year old for me. I had 38 and 19 and 40+ when I was 21. lol
