This is Brad Scott. I want to book for tattoo drawings in your studio for group of 10, we are spending our vacation in your country for three weeks in the month of Sept 2010 and in line with our plans we need to draw tattoo in your studio.

We need two tattoos each on the chest and back for images like scorpion, flower, house or any beautiful image that can be good in tattoos as your suggestions will be appreciated.

Kindly confirm the best dates for you in the month of Sept 2010 and how many days it will take you to finish the tattooing for the group of 10 persons booking and also confirm if your firm will be able to handle this.

We can accommodate your request for your group of 10, we have two artists capable of fulfilling your tattoo needs.
Inform us of the date you wish to be here, and and depending on size of tattoos we could most likely complete all 10 in approximately 2-3 days, or less.
We have two separate privacy booths. We have tens of thousands of designs, plus of course the internet to find more, or we can custom design tattoos, any information on the tattoos you wish, would speed up the process. You can also email any of your ideas.
Where are you coming from ? Do you need hotel information. I can at times secure better rates, at some hotels.

May this email find you well and find attached the images we prefer. I am glad to tell you that we have confirmed the dates for this vacation 6th to 26th of Sept 2010, so you have to select the best 10 days/dates for you to make our tattoo as the members will be coming each person per day for the 10 days but if you can finish it in 5 days then its two per day. The drawing is specifically scorpion and flowers and we need large sizes (6 to 8 inches) and we need it in the chest and back each in colors.

Just give me the random price for large tattoos as i need to submit the price for the whole tattoo to our account department. Our company is taking care of all our vacation expenses and has included tattoos to make our stay fun.

Payment: Due to our location now (Offshore drill) all deposits or payments will be through our credit card and hope this will not pose any problem to your studio.

Those are some awesome designs, We specialize in realism in our work. One tattoo per person would be in the area of $500.00 per person depending on size. If more than two tattoos per person is required, we can work out a price because of the group.

May this email find you well. I am glad to tell you that cost and conditions of your offer are acceptable by me.

I will make a deposit payment of $2,000 immediately, I also made an arrangement with a Logistic Agent. The Agent's firm will take care of our tour guiding will also take care of all our logistics to include.

1) Flights
2) International Airport transfer
3)Transportation logistics during our stay. Also, car hiring, other necessary travel arrangements.

Her firm is willing to undertake these responsibilities on our behalf, However, since you have credit card machine, I have decided that YOU will handle the credit card information alone. Once you receive the credit card details, you would be authorized to charge a total of $7,000,deduct the deposit of $2,000 for your services and send the balance of $5,000 to the Logistic Agent to enable her take care of some of our other travel logistics and also hire a Costar bus for easy movement during the stay.
