Has anyone used Rosetta Stone?
Did you actually learn the language fluently and if so how fast? I'm thinking of picking up Spanish but wanna get opinions before dropping the couple hundred dollars for it.

I have no experience with rosetta stone, if they have one for english I could probably stand to get that one. I would imagine though that you'll get out of it what you put into it. I think you could probably learn a lot on your own without having to fork over that kinda cash. Check out your local library for audio tapes and surf the web for stuff. I'm sure there's a lot out there that'll help you for free.
Or just move to Texas.

I got 27 languages of the rosetta stone collection. I started French and I have learned quite a bit. I do not dedicate as much time as I should to the program.
