So he is tooling around at his high school reunion looking all pimp pretending hes a marine officer. Then he meets up with a femaile navy lt. commander who cockblocks like a bitch. Then a picture shows up of him posing on the beach as a master gunnery sgt. The navy cross prolly tipped her off. his fat neck would have clued me in. hahaha what a douche.

ok whats your take on this. I went to school with a kid who got a medical discharge from marine boot camp for a broken hand. Honorable discharge I guess? anyways, I guess he can put on his resume he was honorably discharged from the Marines, so he does and gets jobs because of it.

I believe that would be a General Discharge under Honorable conditions as he never actually spent time at a duty station. Don't quote me though as my military service was decades ago.

Yes it would be General under Honorable conditions. The term general is used for them to explain what happened. I know they could lie about it but you can always check and ask for more info.

There's more to that story...a broken hand won't get a discharge he'd just go to MRP which is a rehab platoon. The ones that try suicide get discharged though.

lol. I wouldnt doubt it. Kid got arrested for having a samurai sword one halloween. Then he got involved in some car scam on ebay and got charged with all kinds of fraud. He is always up to some goofy shit. I bet he will play dress up with some Marine blues one day too.
