Hanging Lake, Glenwood, CO
I took these pics a while back.
Knighthawk's pics reminded me of these.
Just an awe striking location in Glenwood Canyon. Easily one of my favorite places in Colorado....and there are a lot of beautiful locations here.
And that section of I-70 is a serious kick in the ass to drive in a performance car. As you can see here.
The lake...
The lake from above the waterfalls...
This is the actual path you walk up to get to the lake...
Couple of the smaller waterfalls...
Waterfall coming out of a rock (above the lake). I couldn't get back far enough to get the larger flow of water, but it comes out of the middle of a rock.
Enjoy.

I think I took those with my old HP photosmart 320.
It was a 2.1MP point and shoot with no options.
Did pretty well considering....

Not tryin to hijack but its just one of the neater pics i've got. We took a bike trip up to the Adirondack mountains and we crossed Lake Champlain into Vermont. This pic was taken when we were crossing back into NY on the ferry. If you look close at the horizon you can see the mountains in the background.

The Adirondacks was some of the most beautiful riding I've had yet. All good roads, the scenery, everything about the place was awesome. Plans to go back: Definitely, just not at Americade time.
