Haha! Man breaks into house, homeowner shoots him

Watching the local news, two guys broke into a guys house not knowing the owner was home. The two guys assault the owner. The owner knocks away the thiefs gun. The owner then shoots the theif with his own gun.

If considered self defense, it is legal everywhere.........they probably will sue though. I hate those gd juries that feel sorry for people like that and award damages to the thieves. What a stupid system we have for stuff like that.

We're allowed to own weapons in Ohio, especially since the CCW law that was passed a couple years ago. Unlike Kalifornia where you have to serve a criminal hand and foot.

No but unfortunately in this backwards judicial country their ignorant poor ass relatives can sue for wrongful death or some stupid crap like that.
