had an 08 c6 for the weekend

So last year at the Autumn Glory Festival here in MD (dont know if any of you have been to it. been listed on MSN 2 years in a row now in the top 5 largest autumn festivals) My brother n law was voted Garrett County's Most Beautiful Person. Hes done alot of charity stuff around here. So anyway he had to be drove in the parade and had to find a nice car to use. One of the guys he has done some computer work for has a sweet 78 vette that he used in the parade

and then an 06 black on black that i got to take for a weekend

So this year the same guy (who by the way i hadent met yet) trades in the 06 for an 08. So last weekend he let me barrow the 08. By far the nicest car ive ever drove. I wish i had a better pic (cell phone camera sucks) but this is the car i want when i get ready to get an LSX car.

Yeah i know. I finally got to meet the guy. He goes to Florida for the winter, but told me I can use it anytime i want over the summer.

Ive been in a few actually. While they are fun to drive, so is my SS. Im glad he got to drive one and he loved it. Was just my opinion is all.

CamaroFan71 No offence taken here at all. Im sure if i owned a SS or Ws6 i might feel the same way. Which I dont yet. Havent found the right one for me. The coolest thing about it all is the fact i just turned 21...and how many people do you know would let someone my age, who they have never met ( until i took the car back) take their vette for a weekend? Most people around here wont even let you take a beater let alone a vette.

haha maybe. gotta understand where i live tho. population of like 30k in the entire county..just a small hick town. other than the occasional f-body there are a crap ton of stangs, a few boxters and a couple c5-c6 vettes...o and 1 yellow viper id say 96-98..and of all the above i like the vettes the best. so what all have you got to take out?

nothing much. been working alot. i finnaly got another high paying job 5 months ago. so im trying to keep it lol. oh yeah mary surprised me with a nikon d-40 for my b-day so i have been playing around with that. btw its my first point and shoot.
