The best dog period IMO... Ours lived 17 years... I miss her and have thought about getting another.. We have had many dogs and cats over the years. But once we got Missy (sheltie) I will not own anything else..

Agreed ...... My first female Ashley lived 16 yrs, her mate Mickey lived 15 yrs ...... Family has been begging me to get Jazz a mate .... Resisting because of the attention a new puppy would require, too many activities right now with kids in marching band

She is very pretty I also love Shelties. I chose the breed as my sons first dog. Travis. He was amazing. Now I've got a couple of Papillons. They're like miniature Shelties

Travis never howled. My Dachshunds on the other hand... Oh yeah

I know Shelties don't howl.. It just fit for the picture...
