guy running from the cops
Down at falls park and my wife and i saw some black dude run and jump into the river. i didnt think anything about it at first until i saw a cop come running down a hill. the guy was kind of crawling across. He got up and started running across a bunch of rocks and took a fall
. When he finally got across he started yelling back to the cop he didnt do anything and sat in a fishermans chair.
at this point there was 2-4 cops coming from behind him. They tackled the guy really hard into the rocks. I think the guy was crying. I should have pulled out my phone and took a video. a funny scene thought id share
