The rims were damaged. His paint was completely fucked. And he didn't have 4000 to spend, so he spent 400.

I think it makes perfect sense.

Dude parked in front of his house, parking nazis slapped 2 boots and a "ticket" on it. Guy waits until nighttime, jacks his car up, puts in on dollys, and rolls it into the garage, where he removes the boots(without damaging them). Parking people show up, and are very confused. Eventually the guy asks them if they want the boots back. They spaz.

Cops got called, dude gave them the boots back, didn't pay a fucking dime. They threatened to press charges, he threatened to press charges, he went on a war against them taking pictures of all the booted cars in the neighborhood and putting out fliers and shit. Homeowners association finally got involved... and then did nothing. And thats all I know, I stopped following it by that point.
