I have far too many nice ones to pick only one, so I'll will pick one from each category of my collection:
Pistol: Para Ordnance P13 Limited - the most incredibly-easy-to-shoot pistol I've ever squeezed the trigger on; it makes anyone who shoots it look good, but, alas, the 2lb combat trigger means I can't carry it on duty.
Rifle: Springfield SOCOM16 M1A carbine - .308WIN-caliber magic out of a compact battle rifle; I keep a 3.5-10x variable scope on it, and it's good to 500yards. Cowitnessed with tritium iron sights, this would be my go-to weapon if SHTF.
Shotgun: Benelli M2 Tactical semiauto - hands down the best combat shotgun I have ever used; and the recoil system makes it a true joy to shoot VERY quickly. I'm looking to register this one as a short-barreled weapon and put a 14-inch barrel on it... that would make it one NASTY gun for clearing buildings and home defense.
SubGun: Registered Receiver Colt 9mm AR15 - all the subsonic, suppressed sweetness of an MP5, but built on the AR15 platform that I know and love. You could shoot this one in a room full of light sleepers and not disturb anyone, cause it's STUPID quiet with the suppressor on it.

Well "my favorite gun" I guess would have to be the one I use the most It would have to be reliable and effective. We have a shitload of Possums/Raccoons/Armadillo's/Skunks and they just make a mess around the house/barn.
So my favorite gun is a .22 pistol Remington. Lever action 6 shot. Use .22 magnum hollow points. Lil bastard got some kick to her and makes a mess out of a full grown Coon...I use it at least once a week.....great lil snake gun also.
