That there is 40 shots worth in a 1.75 liter of booze. So if you can drink 20 double shot mixers, you can take down a 1.75. Hmmmmm makes me think it could be done. Wouldn't be done in a couple hours but over a 12 hour drinking session and with food, just maybe.....

I know I couldn't do it, best I have ever did was about 1 1/4 th Liter of Bacardi over about 10 hours or so..... Granted Bacardi is a wee bit stronger then Captain but I can't find anything to keep me occupied for 12 to 14 hours that I can stay drinking. I usually get bored and then call it quits. If I could stay occupied the entire time I drink, it would be a better chance. Too bad I didn't have a MASSIVE parking lot with nothing to hit were I could drive and drift and mess around without having to worry about ANYTHING..

That's alot of alcohol to consume... Me and a friend of mine finished off about a bottle and a half of Captain Morgans in about 4 hours. Needless to say I passed out and slept over. That was a 1.75 also.

I have always wondered hom many shots were in a 1.75.......On my 21st b day I had 14 shots at my house staring at 4 in the afternoon at 11:30pm decided to go to the bars down town and the people who I went with said they cut me off at 19 shots so from 4pm to 1:30am I took down 33 shots and eventually threw up at 4am off of my balcony. Didnt remember anything past the first two bars we went to. Woke up with puke all over my bed and a ramdom girl laying next to me???? I had planned to go sky diving on my b day so I threw up twice on the car ride to the sky diving place once in the field once we got there passed out on a bench at the sky diving place. They wouldnt let me jump out of the plane in my condition so on the drive home I threw up two more times. Got home and passed out till 5pm then went to my b day party.....What a b day! So overall if you plan to drink a 1.75 you can make it but it will be nasty. I think I should have died that night lol.

I usually buy the big bottle now and drink half in a good 4-5 hour drinking session. Captain isn't that strong though. I had a friend that I go to the club with and he drinks a 5th of jack most times we go there. And he isn't even drunk when done... I'd be dead!

Obviously not the 100 proof captain. On a side note, what would happen if you straight up chugged the bottle in like 30 seconds? Would you just throw up? If not, would alcohol poisoning kill you?
