So i get call from my wife she has had a wreck in her mustang some dumbass pulled across 3 lanes of traffic and hit her while she is stopped in the turning lane and the air bags deployed she is freaked out.I jump in my car and go haulin balls out there when i get there i see the mustang and a young girl about 17 or18 whose was driving the pt cruiser that hit her. I walked around the mustang twice and dont see any damage but im looking for big damage. I finally find a small crack in the front bumper and no damage not even a scratch to the pt cruiser. so this young girl hits my wifes car right on the sensor to make the airbags off .so a 300 bumper turns into a 3000 dollar repair and to top it all off the young girl is sueing my insurance company claiming shes hurt.

Yup, probably. Although if the po-po report clearly states that the little girl was at fault...not a whole lot she can get from you or your insurance. (Then again, I'm not exactly a law-school grad so those are probably famous last words..)

How did she hit your wife when your wife was stopped though? Just pretended she wasn't there when trying to cut into the turn lane?

probably only had liability. so any med costs comes out of the 17 year old's pocket. full coverage is the only way to go on any decent or better car.

She can't sue if it's her fault...if you could everyone and their mother would drive around ramming people. If she has medical reimbursement coverage through her insurance she'll get paid that way though. Counter sue her ass for anything and everything..

Yeah my brother got sued when some asshole in North Philly rear ended him going the speed limit. Why you may ask. He claimed my brother was backing up and had a dozen brothas show up before the cops arrived claiming they saw it.

Doesnt make sense for her to sue if she hit your wife, anytime someone gets rear ended its the other persons fault because there supposed to leave enough room to safely stop.

ok my wife got a ticket because she was more than 150 feet from the light due to traffic she is gonna fight the ticket

and now the insurance companys are gonna fight it out we may win woohoo then thst young girls rates go up and not mine...... but the plot has thickened yesterday get a call from the body shop "hey your car is finished and detailed come pick it up" we dropped it off monday morning and its now tuesday at noon im like wow fast service im impressed ! 2 hours later the guy calls back "ahhhhh well we drove it and its overheating" so we decide to go get it at 5 when she got off we get there the car is dirty ,they claim the fan motor is locked up not by the wreck mind you it was just a bumper and i drove it there it was fine and now they have lost the keys but for the low price of$150 extra charged to me they will fix it so we had to leave it so at noon im gonna go get it bastardssssss
