that woman followed exactly what the lawyer told her to say... she is a brilliant actor... fifteen years ago this wouldn't stand a chance in court... now this case as bullshit as it is will win a substancial amount of money... this makes me sad... i can sue some one for farting near me and having a better fart than that of what i have just done and become a millionair doing so... our laws need change... this is a joke...

Well this whole incident happend a year ago. Towards the end of the interview they kept being asked how much money they were asking for and they kept trying to change the subject saying that they were protecting the rights of consumers.... If you look at the thong the little heart thing is on the back, now how is it that you put the underwear on and somehow a metal piece gets in your eye? Eh w/e this is just like the man that sued McDonalds for making him fat....

yup... it's a joke and a mockery of our judicial system... and by all means... our judicial system is a joke... i laugh at it now... i'd laugh about it infront of teh supreme court... i'd laugh at it infront of the president...

hell... i can go out... kill a man... and be back on the streets living my life to the fullest in three months...
