You know i thought so to until a number of seriously beautiful women at my school told me it was for players and kids that do nothing more than try to be popular on a internet site I never got into it. After hearing that and seeing about 9 of my little sisters friends playing all night on there setting up thier pages i just decided if i wanted to get ass, or meet a real nice woman i would rely on a woman with enough personality to be able to talk to me in public.

For me I swore I wouldnt fall into the fad of getting a myspace page as well.. I ended up moving from Virginia to Las Vegas .. All of my friends started getting pages .. so its an easy way to keep in touch .. no kiddie games.. also when I went to the AVN show here in Vegas this year and ended up hanging out with a few of the porn stars .. all of them had myspace pages .. easy again to keep in touch.. I graduated a few years ago now and havent talked to alot of people since.. a few of my very good friends in high school have found me and caught up again which is cool too. So for me its a good thing in alot of different ways .. kids may be jumping on the band wagon but what originated the pages popularity was people in college and up and coming bands found it to be a great way for free publicity and a great way to share their music with millions of people.

just because people meet or have contact on the net doesnt mean they cant do so in person..or they dont have a personality enough to do so ..if that was the case you wouldnt be talking in this forum if that was true. The computer and net is just another tool people use to talk on just like the telephone .. cell phone .. pagers.. or anything else.. technology will keep advancing .. and well keep adjusting to use things that are easier .. because it widens the variety of people we meet. If it werent for the net and this forum I wouldnt have met some of the people on here .. or seen some of the sick cars.. or even laughed at some of the dumbasses on here who I would never believe are smart enough to breathe..

but hey thats just me .. I see the glass half full where others see it half empty
